    I love Kathleen Cross’s Blog, “SKIN DEEP.” I also loved her novel SKIN DEEP. I read it when it first came out, and have read it several times since then, the last time just recently on Nook. If you read this book by Kathleen, then you will also enjoy her novel, “SCHOOLING CARMEN.” I have read this one three times. It is more than merely a book about racial issues. It is also about character development, how a person can grow from being a narcissistic controller into a loving, caring, strong and humble human being–with the help from her friends, family, and a Higher Power.
